St. Francis Religious Education Programs offer classes for children of all ages during the school year - September to May. 

For children ages 3 to 5 years old, including those in Kindergarten. Held during the Sunday 10:30 am Masses, during the school year. There is no fee for Sunday School, but we do ask that you fill out the Sunday School Registration Form.

1st-5th Grades (who are not currently attending the St. Francis School):
Wednesdays from 5:45 to 6:45 pm. 

6th - 9th Grades
Wednesdays from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. 
    
10th Grade Confirmation Prep Class
Wednesdays from 7:00 to 8:30 pm

11th Grade Confirmation Class
September to Mid-October (until confirmation) from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. Confirmation is scheduled for October 22, 2022, at 1:00 pm at St. Francis Church.

These classes are taught by a dedicated and enthusiastic group of volunteer teachers and aides.  The curriculum and resources used in our classes make it easy for our teachers to plan and teach.  If interested in volunteering as a teacher, aide, substitute teacher, or monitor, please contact the DRE, Joan Foley.

The student classes are aimed at supplementing what the children learn about God and their Catholic Faith in their family. "The Family is a domestic church." Lumen Gentium, 11   That means that the parents are the first and foremost educators of their children.  The Catholic Church realizes its ineffectiveness to teach children if their parents are not involved in the process.

Each Wednesday, before the Religious Education Classes start, students and families are welcome to come for a meal served from 5:15 to 7:00 pm in the Parish Hall.  These meals are made possible by parents and parish organizations taking turns providing and serving a meal. Sign up to help provide a meal at our Religious Education Open House at the beginning of the year, or by contacting Joan Foley.

The 2022/23 Religious Ed. Registration Open House is Wednesday, August 31, 2022 anytime between 3:30 and 8:00 pm.

Please fill out the 2022/23 Registration form. Tuition is $60 per student with a family maximum of $150, checks made out to St. Francis Parish.

Students in 11th Grade, who will be confirmed in October of 2022, will not be charged tuition for this year.
