This year St. Francis of Assisi Parish celebrates 125 years of ministry to the Ellsworth community. Part of our celebration will include an anniversary-edition church directory with a special historical account of our parish's history dating back to the dedication of our first church building in 1897.

THINGS TO KNOW​

Photos will be taken in the Parish Hall/KC Meeting Room.

If you have 5 or more people in your family, please schedule your appointment for 2 consecutive time slots.

The online scheduling option may not be available Saturday or Sunday because we will be doing paper sign-ups at Mass. This is to prevent double booking.

The background for the photos will be gray. Please dress accordingly.
 
If you want additional family members and poses, those photos will not be in the directory but will be available for purchase.

What happens on picture day?
Your family will be photographed and view your poses in one trip. Each sitting will receive a complimentary 8×10 and a free directory. There is no obligation, no pressure to buy more. You will have the opportunity to purchase additional portraits (NO pressure). You should plan to be at the church for one hour from your “check-in” time. There is no cost to the church for this.

What if I can’t make it to any of the listed times?
If you are unable to make it to the scheduled times, please contact the Parish Office. You may be able to schedule your session at another nearby church. Note:  All photographs need to be taken by August 20.

What information is published in the directory?
Your family’s names, home address, phone number, and email are included in the directory. We will also include the photograph in the directory that is taken during the photo session. If you would prefer to not have information shared in the directory, please contact the office.

Can I do photo retakes?
Yes! Retakes can be taken. Retakes are available during any of the scheduled times. To schedule your retake, sign up online using the link above or contact the office.
