Lectors

Lectors are commonly referred to as Readers and do just that. They proclaim the Holy Scriptures at the Mass and at other liturgical celebrations. Anyone in the parish who is in High School or older can be a reader at St. Francis. New readers are always welcome.
Training is provided for new readers and periodic re-training is also done. This will help to familiarize you with the microphone system and be comfortable reading the Word of God.
