Amid the horrible events in Ukraine, we invite you to join us in collecting essential items to help a growing humanitarian need. Chalice of Mercy is a Catholic mission to Ukraine, a country marked by much suffering, including a long and painful chapter of atheistic oppression under Communism, the consequences of past war, and most recently the invasion from Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. They have worked to compile a list of essential needs and St. Henry Parish in Eau Galle will serve as a collection point for our area.
You can find a list of requested items on our website HERE, on the bulletin board at the back of church, or by calling the rectory. All ages have been impacted. Items needed include personal care items, clothing, food items, batteries, medical and first-aid supplies, and hospital medical and surgical supplies. Please donate only the listed items as they must meet strict shipping criteria. All items, including clothing, must be NEW.
Donations should be dropped off to St. Henry Parish (N460 Cty Rd D, Eau Galle), on Thursday, March 16 and 23 from 3:00pm–7;00pm. If you have items and need them taken to Eau Galle, please bring them to the cry room at church by Wednesday, March 16.
